Considering NL2000 membership?
The NL2000 team is looking for enthusiastic scenery builders to join our existing team. A lot of people would like to, but are reluctant to come forward because they don’t know what’s involved. We came up with an idea for that. We are organizing a meeting for apprentice NL2000 members. During this day you will receive GMAX training (this tool is used to construct 3D objects like buildings). When we receive enough applications, we will organize this day, in Maarn, near Utrecht in the Netherlands, on July 4 2009.
Who are we looking for?
Please enroll when:
- You want to join NL2000 to contribute by building objects.
- You have a passion for flight simulation and building scenery (there’s no actual flying as part of the team membership).
- You are seriously considering team membership.
- You are in doubt if you have what it takes and want to learn more during this training session.
If this applies to you then this day is meant for you. Membership is not a condition but we expect you to seriously consider joining forces. The goal of the day is to determine mutual interest in membership.
Skills that come in handy:
- Using Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 and FSX.
- Knowing your way around the computer in general, using email and internet.
- Some experience installing programs.
- Some experience in photo manipulation
- Pragmatic approach
