NL2000 loading at startup

NL2000 loading at startup

I am having problems loading NL2000 at startup. It "hangs" at 6% loading for 10 to 20 minutes.
Uninstalled and re-installed at a different drive; still the same issue; at 6% loading scenery the party stops.
What is going on or what am I doing wrong ?
W10-64, i7-6700, 16 Gb, GTX970
P3d v3.3, Orbx Global,Vector,Europe

Did you the install as an administrator?
Richtclick mouse option "install as administrator"

I notice the use of ORBX Vector.
Did you disable the Dutch airports in Vector ?

Ja, ik gebruik Orbx Vector oa, maar wist niet dat de Nederlandse luchthavens konden worden uitgesloten. Ik ga dit proberen.
