Library File not

Post by TheHighFlight » Mon Aug 16, 2010 5:11 pm

Hello, I downlaoded the whole package of NL2000 v4 via "easy downlaod" and the installer did its job perfectly with all the ground sceneries. When it comes tp install 3d objects or the additional airports I am getting a message like that:

"Unable to install .... Prerequired is Library file"

I also downloaded the library file via easy download an run it, but there won't appear any downlod-window as it did with all the other packages. Thus I cannot install the library files.

Thanks for your help in advance and for this great freeware scenery!!
Best wishes Alex

I am awfully sorry, but I am not sure what the solution to my problem is. I don't get any error message when running the library torrent file. There is just no download starting, so I don't receive any library-files which I could install via the installer later on. I am afraid I am not an expert in computer things, so I probably miss an important point... I am using Win7 64 bit and as far as I can see I have full access to the FSX folder.
Sorry for bothering you again and thanks for your help in advance!

1. try to download the libraries again by www.avsim.com
file : nl2k_v4_libraries.zip
2. give you the adm rights in W7, disable the UAC in W7
and run the installer again ,under the rightmouse knob as administrator.

Most of the time it is a W7 problem with adm rights.
good luck
