Post by wimpie1985 » Sun Apr 11, 2004 12:40 pm

groetjes willy

En selecteer daar NL2000 Altidude FS2004 only.

Hello,

I had the same problem wit the planes that were hanging above the ground or in the ground at airports, like eindhoven or amsterdam. So i made the changes in features-misc. (planes were now on the right level) but then an other problem arised, because the plane starts some meters to the right of any runway when starting and the other traffic also moved the same distance to the right of their original place. This only occurs in the netherlands.

Furthermore i really think it is annoying that there is no uninstall option of the dutch scenery which probably means that i have to reinstall the whole game with al the addons witch is not really what i like to do.

I hope that someone can help me with the first problem and maybe the team may look at a deinstallation option for the next release  .

Thanks in advance,

Michel.

For placing the aircraft at the right position:

- start Featurepanel
- choose NL2000 navaids
- choose afcad (choose the right fs version)

(Please read the text of featurepanel AND the manual, there were all the answers of your problem).

For deinstalling: in featurepanel there is a checkbox to restore msfs default files (also explained in the manual), see also the featurepanel article on this site. In this article there is also explained an easy way to place the default MSFS back after uninstalling NL2000.

In the next patch, the install prgram will be changed so that automatically you backupped MSFS files will be restored.

I hope this will answer your questions. :)
