Schiphol stand alone (not version 2.9)

Because there are often questions about the use of the Schiphol scenery as a stand alone scenery, I have placed instruction on how to do this on the internet. The links are:

In the instructions one file is missing, this is the file nl2k_sur.bgl that should also be copied to the stand-alone scenery. Otherwise the field will be bumpy.
