the ATI 9800pro cost around 210 euro and is much faster in al games. But fsims like fs2004 is no game, so probable it isnt much faster then the 9600

I just bought the Sapphire 9800pro 128mb. Excellent card! Only one downpoint: the heat it produces, in combination with my 3.0GHz pentium proc. I have now opened the cover of my pc, and a table-fan is blowing fresh air in the housing.

Minimum framerates on NL2000 with almost all sliders far-right, resolution 1152x864 32bit at EHAM with lots of AI is about 6,5 to 7 fps, no matter which aircraft (wheter a meljet 777 of a standard cessna)

Greetings,
Martijn van Gink
