EHAM airport with P3DV4.5

I installed your latest scenery, including the latest version of EHAM. Since the fix, when I start a flight at EHAM, the elevations are correct. However, when I fly into EHAM and land, the airport is at a higher elevation than the scenery, so all of the taxiways and ramps are up higher than the buildings or grass islands. Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm also getting this issue running P3Dv4.5 and EHAM v5.05.
Is there a fix for this?
