NL2000V4 installatie foutcode

Na het downloaden van NL2000V4 in W10 krijg ik een foutcode: Unable to execute file, foutcode 740.
Iemand die de oplossing weet?

btw Ik gebruik 4.0.99 als installer voor m'n FSX.

probeer de nieuwste 4.0.104 eens. want dit is een te oude installer
