No PAPIs with NL2000 Airports

Post by LecLightning57 » Tue Mar 12, 2019 1:04 am

Firstly, many thanks for developing the NL2000 airports which are considerably more accurate than the default airfields in Prepar3D. I am running Prepar3D v4.4 and note that the NL2000 airports do not have PAPIs. Is this a limiting factor for having ported these airports to Prepar3D v4.4, or could I use tools such as Airport Design Editor to position PAPIs appropriately (and maybe add approach lighting if also absent)?

Are you working on full P3D v4 compatibility and how soon do you believe the NL2000 airports will be modified for greater compatibility?

Yes, we are working on the comptability for P3Dv4.4 in our version 5. The provincies, NL2000 library and NL2000 3D -packages are version 5 now, but it will take some time to convert the airports and we have a shortage in our staff, so it will take time.
