Unable to find updates

There are two required updates listed on the page below however I'm unable to find them. Previous links are now dead.

Where can I find

Note: after installing NL2000 V3.0 special edition the following two updates are also necessary:

Service Pack 1 for NL-2000 Version 3.0
NL2000V3 Christmas Release 2007

as they may solve the CTD problems I suspect are associated with the NL2000 sceneries?
