NL2000 exe will not run

Hi
Have downloaded all 5 CDs but when itry to run the program exe from disk 1 i get the following message
This App can't run on your PC to find a version for your PC check with the software publisher
I'am running Windows 8.1 and FS9.1 any help to resolve the problem would be most appreciated.
