Will like to have this Scenery, but they are so many files and I'm not sure what to download and how to install.

The scenery is modular. So you can choose what to download.

If you want it all you need all packages. And please read the manual for more information.

What version do you suggest currently, Mark? The latest one or something else?

If you are using P3Dv4 I advice to install version 5 for the library. 3D and provinces.
Version 5 has the most newest photoscenery from 2017.
