Virus in installer

During download the file NL2000V4_installer_4.0.68_setup (08-11-2015) was blocked by my system. Norton Internet Security claims that on both the http and the mirror http the file contains a virus. The virus detected is the SAPE.Heur.A61B2. Are you aware of this?

Also the Smartfilter in Windows 10 blocked the file. However I have downloaded it, unpacked it and have checked the file again with Norton. No infection was found. I'll guess that the compression of the zip file generates a string that is seen as dangerous.

In other words: It is SAFE to download the installer.
