using nl-2000 scenery
the flight moves and stops moves and stops
(jerky)
just changing airports with the same settings
(using a Florida,USA airport) the flight runs smoothly
I'm using recommended nl-2000 settings
My video card is Radeon R9 380
3 monitors
32 Gigs of memory in computer
nl-2000 scenery is on a separate ssd drive
Is there something I can do to fix this?
Thank you,
douglasv

Douglas
Do you use FSX ? and what plane are you flying with ?
We know that the combination of our scenery with a PMDG airplane is sometimes to much for FSX.
The FSX engine cannot handle the memory that has to be loaded then.

Hi Douglas,
Sorry
But I have no answer for the problem.
All I can say that it looks like a memory problem.
But I have no solution.
I don't have this phenomenom myself in FSX, FSX-SE and P3D.
Perhaps some of the other forum visitors can help.

I had 3 corrupt downloads
eham is for real, Great Job!
googling I found a way to increase the memory fsx uses by
ediiting fsx.exe with a Free Tool takes 2 minutes.
Instructions to do that memory increase:
FSX Memory Increase
After you have downloaded the CFF Explorer program, you will see Explorer Suite in your programs list. Click on Explorer Suite then run CFF Explorer.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Open the FSX.exe file located in \Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X folder.
On the left side you will find "NT Header | File Header".
Click on "File Header".
On the right side click on "click here".
Now you need to enable "App can handle> 2gb addressset".
Next, click in "File", then "Save".
-----------------------------------------------------------------
The final step involves enabling your system to accept the change in the 2GB address set.
WINDOWS VISTA 32BIT OPERATING SYSTEMS ONLY
From your Windows Desktop, click on "Start | All Programs | Accessories | Command Prompt".
Type in or copy & paste the following text:
bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVA 3072
If you entered this text correctly, you should receive the message:
The operation completed successfully.
When you are finished, IT IS IMPORTANT that you REBOOT your system.
