Unable to install libraries package

Hello,

I have just downloaded and installed the NL2000 software version 4.0.66. I also downloaded the latest library file. I was able to add the "nl2k_v4_traffic" and the "nl2k_v4_Fotoscenery_object_excludes" files.

When trying to install the "nl2k_v4.06_libraries.nl2" file the installer does simply not react. Am I doing anything wrong?

I run FSX now under Windows 10 Home Edition. Could that be the reason? My guess is it shouldn't, because otherwise I wouldn't be able to run the NL2000 main installer and add the two packages mentioned above.
