Runway lighting

Hello,
First of all, many thanks for creating these awesome sceneries. Very well done! Also, thank you for converting them for use for P3D. I was delighted when I saw the announcement and started downloading right away.
However, it seems that there is an issue with the runway lights, both at Rotterdam and Maastricht - they don't come up. While the taxiway lights are there, there are no runway centerline/edge lights, no approach lights, and no PAPI. Does that may have something to do with the layers in the scenery library?
