Nearly no 3D objects in Amsterdam

Hi,
I have nearly no 3D objects in Amsterdam if I use NL scenery. I do not use the EHAM of NL scenery but the Aerosoft Eham.
My scenery order:

Eham
nl2k_v4_3D
nl2k_v4_libraries
nl2k_v4_resample_NH
nl2k_v4_resample_ZH
nl2k_v4_resample_GR
nl2k_v4_resample_FR
nl2k_v4_resample_ZE

IN FSX the Scenery Complex and Autogen Density are max.
As soon as I disable the NL scnery the 3D objects are back. Disabling only nl2k_v4_3D does not help.
