Install Error

I have just downloaded the latest version of the installer but when I try to run the installer I get the message "NL2000Installer has encountered a user defined breakpoint" I then get told that the program will close although I have to user Task Manager to close it.
What am I doing wrong
Using Windows 8.1 64 bit
