NL2000v4 installer

I have successfully downloaded the installer, but when I try to start it, I don't get the copyright page as shown in the manual. What is wrong?

Did you disable the UAC in Windows first and than installed the installer as administrator ?

Hi Joop.

I always run as administrator, but until I checked, didn't know that UAC was already disabled, so no problems there. It should have run alright.

Hello again

I have found another problem. If I try to download anything else, I get an error which says "The requested URL /NL2000/V4.05/nl2k_v4.05_libraries.nl2 was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request." This comes up if I access your web site direct or from the window which appears if I click on the button of the installer screen.

In our manual you can read, that the library package has to be installed first

Did you do that ?

Hallo Joop

Because of the difficulty I mentioned, I haven't been able to do so. I thought I should try to load from the top of the schedule, so started with Library, but it wouldn't connect. I tried again this morning, and got the same response.

try this :

go to the map where you installed the NL2000 scenery.

You find the map nl2kv4_InstalerData.
delete anything that is in there.
Then run the installer again and install the libraries first.

I is difficult to help from this distance

I will uninstall and download the installer again, then go straight to the library. I'll let you know what happens.

I have the installer again, but the library won't download. If I knew how to attach a screen print, I would let you see it. Sounds like a fault at your server. If you can tell me how I'll send you the photo.
