problem on Zuid-Holland

i cant install the photo scenery it always give's me an error

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.at NL2000V4_0.NL2000V4_0_Main.installPackage(String filename)at NL2000V4_0.NL2000V4_0_Main.addPackage()

by the way i already have the latest installer and the libraries are already installed. so what's to be the problem?

2 possible reasons :
1. the installtion of the province is corrupt.
try to download the package again and install it again.
2. something wrong in the NL2000 install data map.
go to the map where you installed the NL2000 scenery files.
delete everything in the map : "nl2k_v4_InstallerData"
then run the installer again and install ZuidHolland

is it possible that the IDM corrupted my download? cause i cant download directly to my browser cause it has a limit of 2gb. and i cant download also on torrent cause it's way to slow like 5.0kb/s slow..
and the photoscenery has a size of 4.2gb
