nl2k_v4.04_3D is not .nl2 file type problem

nl2000v4 scenery that is in .nl2 format works perfectly once i install it but
the files that are not in the .nl2 format like nl2k_v4.04_3D (3d buildings) will not install or is not compatible with nl2000v4 installer . instead, nl2k_v4.04_3D it is a big folder full of textures and cfg.s how can i change the folder into a .nl2 extension so that it is compatible with the installer

I see that you already had made an issue about the installation before.
It is more easier to stick with the same thread and go on from there.
