NL2000V4 Installer has encountered a user defined breakpoint

Hi Guys I have had your superb scenery on my system for sometime. I recently had to rebuild and when I come to run installer on anything later than version 4.0.20 I get the user defined break point message and the following details

I am running Win 7 64 bit and FSX Acceleration. Any ideas on the cause of this? Regards Colin

Sorry I have just realised that I should have put this in the Install section. Also I am running the install with full admin rights and UAC is on lowest setting (off)
