WIN7 User Defined Breakpoint Error/Traffic

When I run the installer as Administrator I get an error that says a user defined breakpoint. The scenery seems to load OK.
I get the same error with scenery and traffic. I installed the installer on my F:/drive and the NL200 folder on my F:/ drive. Thanks, Bob.
