I get the following errors when installing the scenery
NL2000 V3 installer is unable to create a shortcut to C:\NL2000V3\featurepanel\Featurepanel.exe

Clicking ok to these errors allows me to carry on with the install and the scenery works perfect in FS2004 but i can`t change any of the settings with the feature panel
My system is FS2004 Sp1
Windows 7 64Bit
Any help is appreciated.
I`ve changed the user account settings to the lowest settings and re booted the sysytem and ran the installer as Administrator but still get the same errors.
