Installing Scenery Manually

I have a question. It is not necessarily a problem, but I don't want to reinstall all 30+ GBs again. I have all of the scenery and texture files that I saved before I reformatted, but they are not activated in FSX. I would appreciate if someone here could hopefully tell me how to activate them manually. Many thanks and this scenery is amazing!

You have to activate the files in the FSX library yourself.
First the traffic, then the resample files , then the 3D and at last all the airports.They have the highest priority

If you wouldn't mind, how would you do that? Once again, thanks and the scenery is amazing. I stopped flying in the US just to use the scenery haha!
EDIT: Nevermind. I tried maunally adding before, but it didn't work so I figured you activated it differently. My problem with activating it then was a Windows 7 scenery activation error. Thanks for all the help, can't wait to fly with this great scenery again!
