Strange problem

Hello
Downloaded NL2000 v3se and have it on C: drive with the five parts.
When I run the .exe from DVD1 it won't let me select where I want to put the FS2004 aircraft, effects and modules. I try to type and it won't let me. Then it won't let me carry on because it says NL2000 can only be installed on an NTFS drive.
I have tried running in safe mode and as administrator. Running Windows 7 x64.
