Unable to install NL2000V3 using the exe file

Everytime I try to run the exe file in DVD1 folder. I get a message"NL2000 V3.0 Installer has stopped working", and I have to close the program. I am using Windows 7 Professional 64bit English version.

Starting the installer as administrator could fix the problem. Else, try installing Microsoft .NET framework 3.5 sp1.
