NL2000

Hello,
some time ago I found out NL2000 and was quite impressed. It's a masterpiece!
However I didn't have any scenery for Schiphol so I thought to download NL2000 as soon as Aerosoft would release their new scenery.
So, I'd just like to ask whether NL2000 and Mega airport Schiphol are compatible. If so, can you please suggest me which version I need? I found several on the website.

Hi!

We do not support any combination NL-2000/Aerosoft because it are two different platforms. But nevertheless I am sure there will be some kind of a tweak somewhere on the internet to let it work. So are there also people with a good working combination Cloud9/NL-2000

The version which fits best to you depend on your system and FS version.

De older versions 2.9.x are only airports

Version 3.0 and 3.0SE covers the Netherlands complete with photo realistic textures but those are over 28GBs (5 or 6 DVD'd) Besides version 3.0 as well as the Special Edition version are for FS9 only (only compatible with FS2004)

We are now working on version 4 which would be available for FSX only. As soon as this one will be released we will announce it on the website!

Yes, after posting here I found the solution on the Aerosoft forum and currently I'm downloading the special edition. Looking forward to it!

This is not tru, also version 2.9 concerns the whole Netherlands including all airports, so not seperate airports.

NL2000v4 for FSX which is still in construction will be modulair so the airports can be serperate installed than.

Hello again,
the special edition is about to finish (I used a torrent client) and I'd like to figure out whether NL2000SP1 or NL2000 Xmas are necessary or not.

Hi,

Yes, when completing the Special Edition installation you are supposed to reinstall the both packages.

Those are small files so you can download them pretty fast from the website, download tab.
