Problem with install

I have a problem that i can`t solve it myself,it`s that my system file format is FAT32,but everyone konws this format only support about 4G documents.For installing it on my computers,could i use WinIso to Extract files from ISO files on another computer and using it on mine?

To install NL2000 version 3.0 you need a NTFS file system because FAT32 also has a limit on how many files can be stored in one directory.

So it is not possible to download and extract the ISO on another computer and install it on FAT32.
