NL2000 ISO files

Post by davedingler » Tue Feb 26, 2008 4:28 am

Hello, Over the past 3 days I have downloaded all 5 of the NL2000 Scenery files in ISO format. I tried to add them to DVD disks but all I got was a copy of the ISO file on the disk. I am using Roxio Easy Media Creator 9.

Is there a special procedure that I need to follow in order to get the files out of ISO format to executable files.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Dave

as alternative you can use "deamon tools" you can find it by using google.
I'm not familiar with it but I know it's a free program wich creates a virtual DVD device, so you don't have to use your phisical dvd device and can do an installation directly from your harddrive.

I think you copied the data to your DVD burning program (and it will interpret this as a file). Most DVD burning software give you the ability to open the iso files themself (iso are images of DVD) and then burn the contents in the iso image.

I use Nero to do this.

Thanks to you also Wolf32

I'll google that program and try the instlation from the hard drive.
Especially since I used up my DVD's copying the ISO files.
