problems with installing nl-2000 version 3.0

I have just reciever nl-2000 from flightstore.com (because it will take very long time for me to download it), and I have installed all the files on my harddisk, and now when I press on nl-2000 install, it comes with an error messages that says "Unable to locate FS 2004 registry data, please reinstall Fs 2004 and try again"
I have found that I have to download and install "TweakFS Path Utility for FS2004"
but my question is where shall I install/copu the INI_file to, I can not understand when they write in the read me file "Simply include the INI file (see INI_FILE.ZIP) in the same folder as the EXE" what file do they mean ? and what exe are they meaning fs2004 or windows insatller or nl-2000 ?.
hope somebody can pin point it out for me,(not so good in the deep stuff in the PC ), and don´t want to do something wrong.

You only need to correct the path of FS2004 in your registry by using that tweakFS path utility.
At the moment there is no registry information in your registry where FS2004 is installed, normaly that is no problem for FS2004 but when you like to install an addon like NL2000v3 it needs that information.
So when you correct this path in your registry you could start the NL2000 installation in the normal way.

thanks a lot for your help, finally I made it work, and it´s very good scenery, I can only recommand it to everyone, and can only say that it´s a helping way that it is possible to buy the dvd´s (from flightstore.com) instead of trying to D/L it without succes.
