Download error

Hi everybody !
May I have some info in the following matter.
I have downloaded NL2000 vrsion 3.0 following the instructions in the so called "Easy download". (All the 5 files is ok)
I started the downloaded "NL2000_v3.0_part_1_of_5_(DVD1).torrent.exe" file. (BitTorrent 5.0.8 installed)
- selected to allow the connection to the Internet. (Norton)
- left the BitTorrent page requesting donation.
- assigned a location to save the DVD
and here I get the following - Download error -
Problem connecting to tracker - urlopen error (7, 'getaddrinfo failed') -

What is wrong at my side.
Your assistance is appreciated in advance.

Somehow your torrent client cannot connect to our central server (the tracker). Please try if you can reach http://tracker.nl-2000.com:6969/ by opening it in your browser. If you get the 'BitTorrent download info' the problem is probably Norton is still blocking internet access for the BitTorrent client.

Maybe an other option is to download the DVD (.iso) images? (see your front page).
