What to do, when in FS2004 AI aircraft are either hanging above or sinking through the ground?

Following steps resolve this problem:

Open Feature panel:

Click the option button "NL2000 Misc"

Place a check mark at the "NL2000 Altitude" option

Click “Apply Changesâ€￾
