what if i can't apply anything?

Hi everyone!
I'm really sorry to post a new topic concerning this again, but I can't find what I'm looking for, so here's my problem:
I installed v2.91 and the sp2 by using the wizard. Sth seems to have gone wrong and I'm not able to apply anything in the feature panel ( -so I cannot even uninstall it correctly, can I?- ), runtime-error 53 occurs, saying: vbuzip10.dll cannot be found. This file is there, but it's in the folder: ...\nl2000_V2_91\feature_panel\ .
The path of the nl2000v29 within the featurepanel-ini says: ...\Addon Scenery\nl2000_V2_91\ . The folder I just mentioned (the latter) contains the following:
- 4 folders: feature panel, manual, scenery, texture.
- 1 text-doc (telling me it has to stay there)
- 1 SCENERY-file
The Addon Scenery-folder contains the nl2000_V2_91-folder and two empty folders: scenery and texture.

Sorry for the confusing way to describe all these things.

---> Should the architecture look different?
---> Is there anything I can do with my vbuzip10.dll?
---> Would it be best if I'd uninstall the whole thing ( - without checking the "restore MSFS files"-box and applying it) ?

If the \Addon Scenery\nl2000_V2_91\ directory contains empty texture and scenery directories, the installation of the scenery was not successfull.

I think than it is better to install the scenery manually (see manual).
