Real EHAM Runways question

I would like to ask people from Amsterdam or people who knows, which runways era used in real life for takeoffs and landings. I saw so many AFCADS at AVSIM and just a question, how it is in real life? Which runways are not used or rarelly used?

It's from a site, written in Dutch, but I think you can understand the tables of runway combinations and peak-times. If not, feel free to ask.
