OK, I just got 2.91 and SP2. I entered the flatten commands manually as stated in the first parts of the manual, at at EHAM, I still get disappearing buildings and aprons. Any help?

I've checked the Dutch part of the forum and there is an old tread on this subject.
The tread stopped after the advice, with successful feed-back, to update the video driver with the latest version.
I hope this helps!

Well I'm using an ATI Radeon 9200 using OMEGA drivers, which I don't want to dump because with out them, I have texture display problems with my airplanes. Does it say that 3rd party drivers are compatible?

It says:
Nu net de nieuwste ATI drivers van donderdag de 14de oktober geinstalleerd en geen probelemen meer!
which translates into: "Just installed the latest ATI drivers of Thursday October 14th (
2004 rsmt) and no problems anymore!"

Ron.

Well, my OMEGA drivers are dated newer than that I believe, and like I said, I don't want to go to standard ATI drivers because some of my planes will have texture display problems, for some, unknown reason (computers are weird). Nevertheless, I will see if there are newer dated OMEGAs and see if they help. I'll notify back when I get a chance. Thanks.

Sadly, the new drivers didn't help. Any other suggestions?

I've checked the Dutch section again and found that in early 2004, so for v 2.91, a change to "landable water" in the feature panel also helped. Disadvantage was some reduction in frame rates, but Schiphol was at least visible and without disappearing buildings.
I suggest to try this also.
Good luck! Unfortunately I can't help you further because of lack of skills and knowledge.

Ron.

It says landable water requires a 2.6GHz processor, I only have a 1.5GHz (I'm behind, LOL). Will it still work?
