Elevated Runways at EHAM

Post by darylr » Mon Apr 25, 2005 9:40 pm

Hi all,

I have a huge problem at EHAM where the runways are higher than the taxiways is most areas.

This results in me bouncing up in the air anytime i enter the runway, or fall on my nose wheel exiting (with crash ignore on).

Please help me fix this problem!

Daryl

PLs install the patch to upgrade to version 2.92. The problem should be solved.

Don't forget to place the settings in the featurepanel right (and/or read the manual)

Hi again, thanks for the fast reply.

EDIT: Took your advice to read the manual and fixed the problem! lol. I forgot to put in the flatten in the scenery.cfg.

Thanks for your help,

Daryl

Hi Daryl,

Humm, with the last updates there are no flattens in de scenery.cfg anymore. These have been replaced by BGL files in the scenery folder. But if it solved your problem I guess it is OK.

Thanks Arno,

I think it may have been because I never put the flatten in the cfg when I first got the scenery (with no updates).
