Is my config OK ?

Is my configuration Ok to run Netherlands2000 on FS2004 in full details ?
Or may I experience some slow frame rate ?

2 x 512Mb RAM Kingston HyperX DDR`

I have a P-IV 2.8 GHz
Geforce Ti 4200 128 MB
1 GB RAM

And i have when i fly above the netherlands about 20-25 Fps.(dependent the aircraft)
And on EHAM schiphol with about 125 AI aircrafts about 8-15 Fps.(dependent the aircraft)
All slidings are on 3/4
FS2004 and NL2000v2.9
