FSNav - NL2000v29

Hello
I have the following problem:
The ILS and VORs don't work in my scenery. After installation of NL2000v29 they were completely missing in the FSNav. So as described in a dutch thread i did the following:

I have copied from directory feature panel/nav2002 the files nl_ils.bgl, nl_mkb.bgl, nl_ndb.bgl, nl_vor.bgl into the directory nl2000v29/scenery.
then i started fs2002 and closed it.
then i created the database in FSNAV
then i copied the 4 above mentionned files back in the directory feature panel/nav2002.
So in FSNav i can now see the ILS and VORs, but they don't work.
What have i to do else? Can you please help me in english, i cannot understand the dutch language.
My configuration:
FS2002, FSNav 4.61

Are you sure that you have also enabled the navaid settings in the feature panel?
