Aircraft Heading and Airport Positioning

Post by craigey » Sat Jun 12, 2004 10:16 pm

Hi

I have the Netherlands Scenery Installed to FS 2002 and also Commuter Airlines By Aerosoft.
If i Unclick the Netherlands 2000 Scenery from the Scenery Library everything works fine.with the Commuter Airlines added.
If i click on the Netherlands 2000 Scenery in the Scenery Library as well as the Commuter Airlines,my aircraft when i start up on a specific runway with any of my addons i have installed, such as Birmingham Airport by Uk 2000,the aircraft sits on the runway at an angle and my heading reads completely wrong, could you please tell me if the two Sceneries are incompatible with each other, the Commuter Airlines and the Netherlands Scenery, and if you could possibly find or suggest a way with a (patch )or by adjusting my config file to get the two Addons to work correctly.

Could you check if by accident you have any AF2*.bgl files in the scenery folder of NL2000. These are only for Fs2004 and could give the problems you indicate in Fs2002. You can safely remove them.

I have safely removed the files you specified in my NL 2000 Scenery, which were present by accident,i will now run FS2002 and click on the NL 2000 scenery in my scenery library to see if there are now any conflictions,iw ill post you back with the results.

Thank You

Craig
