NORTON BLOCKING DOWNLOADS

My Norton Security program registers NL2000 as a "safe" website but blocks all my attempts to download your files. Symantec want to access my computer remotely to try to resolve the problem but I am reluctant to let anyone mess with my PC. Are you able to help?

The only suggestion I have, is to shut down Norton for the time you want to download the file. They are indeed safe,
