Failed to write files during installation

Hello, apologies if this has already been answered however my lack of Dutch language will be my excuse.

During installation I am getting an error along the lines - "Failed to write files:
C:\NL2000\nl2k_v4_resample_NH\scenery\nl_107-394_0_394_0_3_1m.bgl

Please copy these files from
C:\Users........Temp\NL2000_temp to the exact location listed

I have redownloaded the NL2000 v4.04 Fotoscenery Nord-Holland but get the same error..I will attempt to attach the detailed error message incl ICSharpCode.SharpZipException info

And your disk is not full?
