NL2000 not at Flightsim Store?

I have no hope of downloading NL2000 (v3) as I live in an area that's an internet "black spot". I rely on a wireless connection with a 7 gb monthly limit. No, I'm not in darkest Africa or some remote island.

I see from the NL2000 site that NL2000 is available on DVD from the Flightsim store. Following the link, or searching the store itself, finds "no such product".

Is there any way I can buy, beg, etc. the scenery on DVD (with the updates, patches or whatever)?

The flightsim store has removed that possebility, after the new version4 for FSX.
And we also have decided to stop with this version3 for FS2004 ( no capacity anymore) , so I'm sorry, but we cannot help you.
