I am hitting a hidden building at ehgg R23

Post by 617_Sticks » Wed Sep 08, 2010 12:34 pm

Sorry I only write in English.

I have just started to download your great scenery. I have a email simmer friend in your country who has placed a airfield at the back of his house and I want to visit him for a beer in an Aussie F111. Some of us did this sort of thing in CFS1 with Spitfires and Lancasters a long time ago, so why not in the Netherlands in FSX?

Currently I have nl2k_v4_3D, Libraries, traffic, Resample DR and ehgg installed, more to come of course.

FSX SP2 AMD quad 4 with 4G ram and a Ge-force 240 video card with 1G.

FSX on my system positions me on R23 of ehgg and if I take off on center there is a building crash in the runup just down the runway. If I position my aircraft, any aircraft, over to the left with wheels almost in the grass I can take off.

I just wonder what I have done. I can land the same way but not on center. The other end of the runway appears clear of hidden buildings.

Any comment would be appreciated.

Cheers from Down-Under

Hi Down under ( do you have a real name? )

This problem we know .
It has to do with the runway lights.
The issue wil be solved when we collect the bugs and will release an update.
For now , just disable the crash detection in FSX

greetings
