Installation 5.04

Hallo,Have the problem that I don't get version 5.04 installed. Get an error message again and again .

did you read the manual ? The installer must be installed with the right mouseclick as administrator and after that the installer mustr be started the same way in ordeto install the packages and access to the scenery.cfg ,
