Missing objects.

Post by ananda » Thu Apr 18, 2013 6:07 pm

{18000000-1970-1702-454c-48452e000030} used in ehle_object_placement.bgl

and

{c6ac72eb-5063-4f07-9fb2-8c44d672e46a} used in ehgg_object_placement.bgl

cannot be found on my system.

There are two or three more which I haven't yet identified.

I am not doing anything with your files

FSX itself gives a warning about the missing objects.

Add:

MissingLibraryAlert=1

to the [SCENERY] section of FSX.CFG and you will see what I mean.

Starting at EHGG:

It is obviously very inefficent for FSX to keep looking for objects it will never find.

The airport designers are looking in the files to find the objects .
But are you using FSX with SP1, SP2 or acc. pack.

I am using Acceleration.

The files which reference those objects are:

Code: Select all

ehal_object_placement.bgl
ehgg_object_placement.bgl
ehle_object_placement.bgl
ehse_object_placement.BGL
ehse_object_placement.BGL
ehtl_object_placement.BGL
ehtw_active_object_placement.bgl
ehwo_object_placement.bgl
