Some months ago I stumbled over Erwin Horjus' great tutorial "Build your Own House".
I followed all steps indicated in part 1 and after the first few misspellings in the XML-file I was successfull. The XML was properly transformed to BGL.
In the meantime I have been experimenting with EXCLUDE-functions, among others with Exbuilder, TCalc and TExplorer.
They should not have changed anything, but something is wrong now.
My new Gmax-exportet XML-files do not compile any more.
The error messages, made visible in the Comand (DOS)-window, are not any more about errors in specific lines.
They show invaryingly the following message (even when trying to compile the default-XMLs of Microsoft):
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
E:\Graphik\Flugsimulator\SDKs\BGLCOMP_SDK>bglcomp Haus01.xml
INTERNAL COMPILER ERROR C1003: Failed to create MSXML object! (0x80040154)
Parsing document: Haus01.XML
ERROR C2470: Unrecoverable error parsing XML!
ERROR C2006: Parse failed (0x80004005)
ERROR C2003: Failed to process file: Haus01.xml
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
I checked, MSXML4.DLL
MSXML4A.DLL
MSXML4R.DLL are all in place in Windows\System32.
Has anyone some idea, what is behind those error messages?
Thank You
