Yes I am using v4.0.20, and have tried it with UAC turned off, but it made no difference unfortunately.
I tried the 3D objects file , but it said that the libraries must be installed first.

I have read the other answers relating to installaton, but when I try to install, say the libraries, I get an error msg. I have created an empty folder nl2k in the standard FSX Addon Scenery folder (not on my C drive), and go through the process as per the instructions, but then I get the msg Unable...
