After burning the .iso files on dvd the installation worked perfect. Thank you anyway for trying to help. Now i`m off flying and exploring the great neatherlands. A big thank you to all involved to make this fantastic scenery possible!

I checked the size of my .iso files and it`s exactly the value mentioned in the above link. I think i found one part of the problem. I extracted the .iso files using isobuster but the prgogramm did not extract any of the .toc files... so i did every .toc file separately but still no luck. Maybe it`s...

I downloaded all five parts as .iso files from this website and used isobuster to decompress.
Edit: I will start to download .iso image 1 again maybe it was corrupted.
