Bingo. Yes it was Google Chrome that would not work. Used Microsoft Edge and it all worked. Scenery now installed. Off to test it.

I have managed to download the version 5 libraries and scenery files I want, but I had an old installer version and it told me it could not install the latest scenery files and library yesterday. I uninstalled that version of the installer and went to download the latest version. The down load links...
